Create an account on the PSP Blender website. When you click "Register" at the top of the site, you'll be taken to a list of payment options. You can select to bill a one-time fee to a credit card, electronic check or PayPal.
Complete your account setup by entering your name, email address and a password. Activate the account using the email PSP Blender sends to your email account.
Log in to your PSP Blender account. Select "Games" from the menu on the left side of your screen. You will be taken to a menu of games to choose from, divided by genre and popularity.
Choose the game you wish to have and click "Download." The screen you come to will monitor and report on the progress of your download. When you're prompted, save the file to your desktop.
Unzip the file once downloading has completed by right-clicking and selecting "Extract All." Place the extracted folder onto your desktop.
Power on your PSP and, using a USB cord, hook it into your computer. On the cross-media bar, select "USB Mode" on your PSP and press "X." A folder will appear on your computer. Select the subfolder labeled "Game."
Drag your downloaded files into the "Games" folder of your connected PSP. Upon completion, exit out of USB mode. Your PSP games will be located under the "Memory Stick" icon located on the "Games" menu of the PSP.
