How to Change a Server iPSP

IPSP is an independently-developed theme for the Sony PlayStation Portable video game console that can automatically update itself by contacting a remote server to, for example, add new features or fix known issues. If the main iPSP update server is currently unreachable, you can select a new one using a specific procedure.

      Launch iPSP by opening your PSP's Web browser and selecting the shortcut associated with iPSP.

      Select the "About" icon. This icon contains a giant cogwheel and is near the bottom of the screen.

      Scroll down the page using your PSP's directional pad until you reach the Updates section. Select a new update server from the Server drop-down menu.

      Click "OK" to confirm your settings. If the server you selected doesn't work, repeat Steps 3 and 4, selecting a new server from the drop-down menu.
