Download the PSPTube ZIP file from QuickJump, and save it to a folder on your computer.
Double-click the file to extract its contents. Double-click the resulting Psptube folder to view its contents.
Click the folder called 200Over to highlight it. Click the file again to bring up the file name text editor and change the folder's name to Psptube.
Connect the PSP to the computer via the USB connection cable that came with the device. Turn on the PSP system and scroll over to the Settings section of the XMB. Scroll down to the USB Connection option and press the "X" button to place the device in USB mode.
Click the "Start" button in the computer's task bar and select the Computer option. Click the PSP system's removable storage device icon, followed by the PSP folder.
Double-click the GAME folder to view its contents. Drag the Psptube folder you renamed earlier into the GAME folder.
Press the "Circle" button to exit USB mode, and turn off the PSP system. Turn on the system while holding the "R" button to start the system in recovery mode. Select the GAME option and select your custom firmware to launch the system.
Scroll over to the Game section of the XrossMediaBar. The PSPTube application can be accessed beneath the Game heading.
