USB Cable
Turn on your PSP and your computer. Insert the mini-USB end of the USB cable into your PSP̵7;s mini-USB port, and insert the normal-USB end of the USB cable into a free USB port on your PC.
Click and drag the eboot file from your desktop or other folder into the PSP folder. When it is done transferring, click the ̶0;Safely Remove Hardware̶1; button in the taskbar and disconnect the USB cable.
Go to the main screen on your PSP and create a new folder. Name it the same as the name of the game in the eboot file. Select the eboot file you've just transferred -- it should be on the main screen -- and move it to the folder.
Select the folder, choose the ̶0;Move̶1; option again, and this time move it to the "Game" folder, which resides in the main "PSP" folder on your PSP. Your eboot file is now on your PS3 and the game it contains is ready to play. Select the file and click ̶0;Play̶1; to play your game.
PSP Memory Card
Turn off your PSP and flip up the memory card cover on the side of the device. Push in the memory card to unlock it; it pops out of the slot. Pull it all the way out when it pops out.
Insert the memory card into the memory card slot on your computer. Go to the "Start" menu, select "Computer" and double-click on your PSP memory card to open its folder.
Click and drag the eboot file from your computer into the memory card folder. When done transferring, click the ̶0;Safely Remove Hardware̶1; button in the taskbar and pull the memory card out of the memory card slot.
Insert the memory card back into the slot on your PSP, and turn the device on. Follow Steps 3 and 4 in Section 1 to get your eboot file ready for use.
