How to Get a Mini Game in Patapon

Your "Patapon" base camp is home to many different Patapons, such as your army and the priestess Meden. As you progress through Patapon, you unlock more areas in your base camp. A few of these areas offer mini games that you need to go through to access items and other game bonuses. You do not have to participate in the mini games, but each game helps your army out.

Instructions

  Press the left and right bumper buttons on the PlayStation Portable to move to the different areas of your base to reach the different mini games.

  Go to the Bon Bon Tree. Talk to him to start a mini game. Press the "O" button in time with his singing to receive wood and ores for making equipment. You need to give the tree a piece of meat every time you play this mini game.

  Go to the Flower and offer her a Banal Branch. Press "O" in time with the Flower's tempo. As you keep up with her, her mood improves. The Flower mini game provides you with most of the vegetables you need for cooking before you reach the late-game stages of "Patapon."

  Travel to the Mountain. Give him a tender meat to start the game and watch his toes light up. Press the "O" button to play back the rhythm after he finishes the rhythm sequence on his toes. You receive a great deal of ore from this mini game, which is essential for equipment making.

  Go to the Cooking Pot and give it an eyeball cabbage. Press the "O" button every time the vegetables reach the knife to make them fall into the stew pot. You receive several types of stews from this mini game, which provide your army with buffs.
