How to Get PSN Games to Work on the PSPgo

Five years after the release of PlayStation Portable, Sony released its spiritual successor, the PSPgo. This device is similar to its predecessor with the absence of a disc drive, so all games you want to play on the PSPgo must first be digitally purchased from the PlayStation Network Store. Once you download a PSN game to your device, you can select it directly from the main menu and begin playing it.

Instructions

  Press "X" on "PlayStation Store" under the "Network" category on the main menu. Wait a few seconds for the store to load.

  Locate the game you want to purchase. Sort games by genre and in alphabetical order. Press "X" on "Purchase" when you have found a game, followed by "Download." The device will automatically use funds stored in your account or pull funds from the card on your account.

  Return to the main menu. Navigate to the "Game" category.

  Highlight the game you just purchased and installed onto your device. Press "X" to begin playing the game.
