How to Get UMD Tools Filesize Down for Icon

Universal Mini-Disc (UMD) is the format for Sony PSP games. UMD Tools is a software package that allows users to create their own Sony PSP games. Transferring the UMD Tools file size requires compressing the software. When the file size is compressed, the program is transferrable to other computers through email or small flash drives.
