Remove the memory stick from the side panel of the PlayStation Portable (PSP). Insert the memory stick into the memory stick slot of the card reader. Plug the card reader's USB cable into a free USB port on the computer.
Click the "Start" button. Select "Computer" from the pop-up menu. Click on "Devices" in the window that appears. Click on the icon of the memory stick in the left column of the window. Make a note of the drive number that is associated with the memory stick. Close the window by clicking the red "X" in the upper-right corner.
Download the PSP Grader v.008 program to the desktop. Double-click the file to decompress it to a program. Double-click the program to launch it.
Click the "PSP/Memory Stick" drop-down menu on the left side of the program's main screen.
Click the "Load 5.00 Official eboot" button at the top left of the program's main screen to automatically download the necessary "eboot" file to the computer's hard drive. Do nothing for 20 minutes to ensure the file has been downloaded.
Quit the program. Click "Start," followed by "All Applications." Select the PSP Grader v.006 program from the pop-up menu.
Click the "PSP/Memory Stick" drop-down menu on the left side of the program's main screen. Select the letter that corresponds to the memory stick.
Click the "File" button on the program's main screen. Select the "eboot" file that is now on the computer's hard drive in the window that appears. Click the "Open" button at the bottom of the window to close the window.
Click the "Create Pandora Stick" button at the lower-right corner of the program's main screen. Do nothing for 20 minutes to ensure the "magic memory stick" has been made.
Quit the program and shut down the computer. Remove the card reader's USB cable from the computer's USB port. Remove the "magic memory stick" that has been made from the card reader.
