How to Use Split RGB in a PSP

In many European countries, the RGB signal used to transfer video between audio/visual devices is sent through SCART cables. If you own a PlayStation Portable (PSP) and wish to connect your device to a television (or more than one television) with a SCART port, you can do so by converting your PSP's signal to an RGB signal, and then splitting that signal with a special cable.
