How to Use Hacked PSP Themes

Hacked PSP themes are themes made by PSP owners that change the graphical user interface of the PSP's menu. Literally hundreds of these themes are available, and they are recognizable through the "CTF" at the end of the theme file. CTF stands for custom theme file, and they can be installed the same way as official PlayStation theme files.
