How to Go on Facebook on a PSP

Facebook has become a way of life. People are always updating their status, checking for notifications and just keeping in touch with friends and family. The PlayStation Portable (PSP) is one of the tools you likely have with you when you're out and about. It can be used to access Facebook and do all the things that an average PC can do on the social network. The PSP can thus not only be used as a game console, but, in a Wi-Fi zone, can also keep you updated on what's up on Facebook.

  Ensure that you are within range of a Wi-Fi network with Internet Access.

  Configure the wireless connection settings on your PSP by navigating to Network Settings and searching for the available networks.

  Complete the network setup by following the prompts and launching the Web browser to confirm you have an Internet connection.

  Navigate to the System Settings on your PSP and update the PSP firmware to the latest version available.

  Launch the browser and enter the Facebook URL address as shown below:

  Enter your Facebook username and password to log in to your account.

  Add a bookmark for the Facebook URL by pressing the triangle button on your console and selecting "Add to Bookmarks" from the list options.
