Things You'll Need
Instructions
Flip the PSP with its screen resting on a flat surface and press the battery release button on the back to remove the battery.
Insert the magic memory stick into the PSP memory stick reader, then insert the Pandora battery into the now empty battery space.
Do not push any buttons; the PSP turns on automatically when the Pandora battery is inserted. Turn the PSP over to see the new menu on the screen.
Press the "X" button on the PSP's controller. This selects the "Unbricking" option that re-installs the PSP's software.
Press the "X" button on the PSP controller a second time when the "Complete" dialog is presented on the screen. This will take less than five minutes to complete. This shuts the PSP off.
Remove the Pandora battery and install a normal battery. The unbricking process is complete, and the PSP can once again be used in its normal manner.
