How to Connect PSP to Netgear Wireless-G WGR614v9

One convenient feature on your Sony PSP handheld game console is the ability to connect wirelessly to the Internet. This allows you to surf the net while on the go. If you have a Wireless-G WGR1614V9 router in your home, you can use this feature to connect the PSP to the Internet. You don't need to know much about computers in order to do it and it doesn't take much time.

Instructions

      Power on your PSP, and slide the silver "Internet" switch on the bottom right of the unit up to enable Wi-Fi Internet.

      Use the control pad to scroll to the "Settings" icon, and press "X."

      Scroll to "Network Settings," and press "X."

      Scroll to "WLAN Settings," and press "X."

      Select "Netgear Wireless-G" from the list of options, and enter the security code. The Wi-Fi will be enabled.

      Scroll to "Browser," and press "X." The browser will open and you can surf the Internet.
