Extra Characters
Beat Cell in Chapter 2-5 of Dragon Road mode to unlock Cell in Super Perfect form. Fight and defeat Vegeta in Chapter 4-7 to unlock the Majin form of Vegeta. Claim victory over Frieza in Chapter 3-3 to receive the 100 Percent Power Frieza.
New Dragon Radar Features
Finish the Dragon Road mode. Press "L" when you are back in the main menu for a new option to appear on the Dragon Radar, called Dragon Player. You can use this unlocked feature to play the game's music on demand. Complete Arcade mode and press "L" when in the main menu. Dragon Click will now show up on the Dragon Radar. The aim of this mini-game is to press "R" as many times as possible within the time limit.
Become Goku Super Sayain
Fight as Goku and battle Gohan. Wait until Gohan is about to use the father-son kamehameha special move on you and use the spirit bomb just before the attack is released. When his attack connects with you, press "Down" and "Circle" to transform into Goku Super Sayain.
Unlock Card Sheets
To unlock card sheet "No. 10," you must complete all the fights in the fifth chapter of the game. Card sheet "No. 17" also requires you to finish these fights, but you must achieve a Z ranking too. Win fights quickly and without taking much damage to earn this rank. Achieve a Z rank on every fight in the Dragon Road mode to get card sheet "No. 24."
Other Cheats
For a guaranteed victory, start a fight with Piccolo against any opponent. Repeatedly press "Square" to increase your energy meter. Fuse with Kami and use the light grenade to win the fight. Hold down "R" in the Character Selection screen and then press "X" on the character you want to use. When the game starts, your character will already be in their evolved state.
