How to Install a PSP Devhook V0.43

Devhook v0.43 is an application emulating operating system firmware of the newer version PSP models on a PSP Slim version 1.5. Devhook allows your PSP Slim to run Sony PSP ISO files. These files can be games or movies stored on a PSP memory stick. The Devhook application only runs on PSP devices running firmware version 1.5, the original Sony PSP ISO loader.

Instructions

  Download and install the Devhook application on your computer (see Resources).

  Insert the PSP USB cable into an available USB port on your computer. A folder for the PSP will automatically appear on your desktop. Double-click the folder to open it.

  Drag-and-drop the Devhook application file you downloaded into the "ROOT" folder inside the PSP folder.

  Double-click the Devhook file while it is inside the PSP "ROOT" folder to extract the compressed files. Disconnect the PSP from your computer.
