"Twisted Metal: Head-On" was released for the PSP in 2005. "Head-On" features many fans' favorite characters from past games, like Sweet Tooth, Crimson Fury and Dark Tooth. While many characters can be selected from the beginning, some characters, like Dark Tooth, must be unlocked. As the final boss of the single-player campaign, Dark Tooth is available as a playable character once the campaign has been finished.

Select "Single Player" from the "Twisted Metal: Head-On" main menu.

Select "Story."

Select a character. You can use any character to complete the "Story" mode.

Complete all story mode levels. After the final battle with Dark Tooth, he will be unlocked as a playable character, available to be chosen from the player select screen.
