How to Create My Own PSP Skins

Some special-edition PSPs come with bright colors and designs already imprinted on them. However, standard PSPs are usually either plain black or silver and don't come with any cool-looking designs on them. For gamers who want to make their PSP look a little more individual, adding a custom skin is an easy way to give it an eye-catching personal touch.

Instructions

  Go to a custom-skin website. UniqueSkins.com, Gelaskins.com or Skinit.com are all websites that let you upload pictures of your choosing and imprint them onto skins that you can put on your PSP.

  Click on "Gaming Consoles" under the Devices menu.

  Select your model of PSP from the list of consoles.

  Click on the "Design Now" or "Create Your Own" link to go to the custom-skin design page. From the design page you can choose the pictures you want to use for the front and back PSP skins.

  Click on the camera icon or "Select Your Image" button to browse and upload pictures from your computer.

  Choose a picture for the front skin and resize it so that it covers the PSP. You can stretch and shrink the image by clicking one of the small boxes in the corner of the picture.

  Choose a picture for the back skin and resize it so that it covers the PSP.

  Check your skin design by clicking the "Preview Skin" button.

  Click on the "Save" button when you are satisfied with your custom skin design.

  Create an account with the website or sign in if you already have an account. Once logged in to your account, you can click the "Saved Designs" tab and order your custom skin design.
