How to Use DGen for PSP

DGen is a Sega Genesis emulator for the Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP). An emulator is an application that emulates a video game console. The program can play all of the games that the console can play without any hardware. The games are digital copies of the game cartridges and are called ROMs. DGen allows you to play any Sega Genesis game on your Sony PSP.
