PSP Is Not Displaying All Games on Card

The Sony PSP allows you to download games to its Memory Stick via the PlayStation Network, so you can play them anywhere without using a Universal Media Disk (UMD). The Memory Stick, like other portable storage devices, sometimes encounters minor errors that prevent it from functioning properly, and this may cause a failure to display the media and games stored on it. If your Memory Stick is not displaying all your games, you must reformat it and download your games again. The PlayStation Store allows you to download previously purchased games without paying for them again.

Instructions

Use the thumbstick or the directional pad to scroll to the "Settings" menu. Scroll down to "System Settings" and press "X."

    • 2

Scroll down to "Format Memory Stick," and press "X." A prompt will ask if you want to format the Memory Stick. Select "Yes," and press "X." Another message warns that all your data will be deleted. Select "Yes" again, and press "X."

Allow the formatting process to complete. Scroll to the "PlayStation Network" menu on the main menu. Scroll down to the "PlayStation Store" icon, and press "X."
