How to Run a PSP Slim on 1.5

Firmware is the operating system that runs devices. Considered the golden firmware for the Sony PSP, Sony's 1.5 firmware had features in it that allowed for easy hacking. Once independent developers found this out, they introduced special features on the PSP that were never meant to be utilized by consumers. One of those features was the ability to play full retail games off of the PSP's memory stick. The PSP Slim came out well after the 1.5 revision was discontinued in favor of newer, more secure firmwares. However, the PSP Slim can still run 1.5.
