Things You'll Need
Instructions
Unplug the guitar controller from your gaming system. Place the controller face down on a flat surface.
Unscrew the 11 screws that hold the guitar casing together. Remove the back to expose the inner workings of the controller.
Locate the whammy bar controls, a white section directly behind the whammy bar. Look for the area where cords run from the white section to the controller motherboard.
Find the two screws on either side of the cords. These are tension screws; tightening them will fix a loose whammy bar.
Close the controller back up and replace the screws.
