How to Copy Firmware onto an SD Memory Card

The usefulness of the SD memory card is not simply limited to data storage. There are certain devices, such as the DS Edge card, that run off of an SD card. In order for the device to work properly, firmware must be placed on the SD card. However, firmware does not need to be installed. Rather, a set of files must be copied onto a blank SD card, and the card will then have the necessary firmware to accommodate any necessary devices.
