How to Use a Logitech Joystick
Install the appropriate drivers to ensure that your Logitech joystick is compatible with your computer. Though they can be found online, the joystick should come with an installation disc containing the drivers.
Choose a game that offers joystick support. Aerial combat and simulation games generally offer full joystick support. Information regarding the support of other games can be found in their instruction manuals or online.
Plug the joystick into your computer. Most modern joysticks plug directly into a USB port, which can generally be found on the front or back of a computer tower.
Activate the joystick in the in-game options. Most games will not naturally respond to joystick input until the settings are correct.
Assign various in-game functions and commands to whatever button on the joystick feels the most comfortable. Joysticks are best adapted to games that require shooting and the adjustment of pitch, based on their dominant triggers and method of directional control.
