Things You'll Need
Instructions
Visit the website of the manufacturer of your particular ethernet card. If your connection is built into your computer, instead of a separate card, visit the website of the manufacturer of your computer. Most often, drivers can be downloaded there.
Drivers Guide online often has drivers for older operating systems and older ethernet cards. You will have to sign up for a free account to access the files.
Do a Google search for your particular card if you can’t find the drivers at either the manufacturers website or at Drivers Guide.
Post a driver request on Drivers Guide if you have no luck finding the driver you need. Many times, someone will have the driver and post it. You will then be notified that the driver is available.
Right click on the file name when you find the driver you need. Click on the option to save the file to your computer.
