Insert your Action Replay Max disc into your Playstation 2 and your memory card in slot 1.

Turn on your system, and wait for the Playstation 2 logo to appear on screen.

Press and hold the "L1," "L2," "R1," "R2," "Start" and "Select" buttons simultaneously.

Select "Yes" when asked if you want to reset your Action Replay Max. This will reset your device and erase all of your custom cheat codes.
