How to Remove FPS Freek

FPS Freek, designed to help gamers increase their accuracy and performance, is an accessory that extends the length of the Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3 analog sticks. With FPS Freek attached to a controller, players aim more precisely in first-person shooter games and, as a result, get more kills, fewer deaths and higher scores. If you want to remove FPS Freek from your controller's analog sticks, you can do so by simply pulling them off.

Instructions

    • 1

Disconnect the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 controller from the console, if it is currently connected by cable.

    • 2

Place the controller on a flat, hard surface, or hold it flat in your lap while sitting down.

    • 3

Grip the base of one of the FPS Freek attachments between your thumb and index finger. Squeeze the FPS Freek firmly.

    • 4

Pull up on FPS Freek to slide it off. You may encounter some resistance when you try to remove FPS Freek, but do not yank on the attachment to remove it. This can damage your controller.

    • 5

Repeat this process to remove the second FPS Freek attachment.
