How to Enter a Second Line for GameShark

The Gameshark game enhancer safely alters small, discrete strings of programming code in video games. Each of the strings corresponds to a game feature, like health, ammo, etc., giving the player access to in-game cheats (like infinite health or ammo). Gameshark incorporates the ability to add more codes to the database as they are discovered and new games are released. This gives you the ability to stack codes into a single cheat entry, allowing you to easily activate or deactivate multiple codes simultaneously.

Instructions

  Plug the Gameshark cartridge into your game console, and plug a game into the top of the Gameshark cartridge. Turn the console's power on.

  Click "Select Cheat Codes." Locate the game with the code you want to alter and select it. Highlight the code you would like to change and choose "Edit."

  Move the cursor to any point in the first line of code. Push the "Down" button on your controller's directional-pad. Enter a second line of code to the cheat. Press "Start" and choose "Accept."

  Choose "Activate Cheat." Back out to the main menu and choose "Start Game with Cheats" to ensure your cheat was entered correctly and is working properly.
