How to Use the GameShark Pro for the N64

The GameShark Pro for the Nintendo 64 allows users to enter codes that alter gameplay in the user's favor. Unlike the standard GameShark, which requires users to manually enter each code for every game, the GameShark Pro has these codes already programmed into its memory, eliminating the need to search for and input the codes. The GameShark Pro operates much like the standard GameShark but is more menu-driven, providing a more efficient user interface.

Instructions

  Insert the GameShark Pro into the Nintendo 64, with the label facing the front of the Nintendo 64.

  Attach the game cartridge to the GameShark Pro with the cartridge label facing the front of the Nintendo 64.

  Turn on the Nintendo 64. Use the controller to scroll down to "Select Cheat Codes" and press "A" to select it.

  Scroll through the list of available titles for the game that is connected to the GameShark Pro. Press "A" to select the appropriate title for a list of codes to appear.

  Select the desired codes using the "A" button. Once selected, press the "B" button until back at the Main Menu.

  Select "Start Game," and select "Start Game With Selected Codes."
