How to Connect a GameShark N64 to Your Computer

The GameShark Pro is the cheating device made for use with the Nintendo 64. As the years have passed, an industrious fan community has learned to do amazing things to Nintendo 64 games using a GameShark Pro beyond simply cheating. It is possible to cause neutral non-player characters to attack your enemies with weapons you spawn for them, create customized weapons and achieve other effects that are impossible without the GameShark Pro. However, to get any of these effects, you will need to connect your GameShark Pro to your computer first.

     Plug male end of a printer cable into the printer cable slot on the back of your PC.

     Insert the female end of the printer cable into the GameShark device.

   • 3

     Wait for your computer to auto-detect the device. Once it is detected, the GameShark will be connected to your computer.
