Instructions

    • 1

Lay the USB dance mat on top of the aluminum sheet so that the top of the dance mat lines up with the top of the sheet. Make sure the dance mat is centered.

    • 2

Tape the dance mat to the aluminum sheet. Place strips of the double-sided tape beneath the dance mat and press down onto the sheet.

    • 3

Measure the thick black part of the dance mat where the cord sticks out. Mark the plexiglass with the same measurements and in the same place as the dance mat. Cut the shape out of the plexiglass with the electric saw. Go very slowly so the plexiglass does not split.

    • 4

Lay the plexiglass over the dance mat so that the black part fits in the open hole you just cut. Lift one side of the plexiglass just a little bit from the sheet. Apply a strip of the Liquid Nails along the aluminum sheet just inside the edge. Press the plexiglass down on the sheet.

    • 5

Continue to glue the other sides of the plexiglass to the aluminum sheet. Glue around the black part at the top. Allow the glue to dry for the recommended time on the Liquid Nails bottle.
