How to Troubleshoot a Gigaware Wireless Controller

  Replace outdated or used batteries with new AA batteries in your Gigaware controller.

  Turn on your Wii and open the SD card slot on the front of the console.

  Press the "Sync" button located under the battery cover on the Gigaware controller. The lights on the controller will begin to flash.

  Press the "Sync" button on the front of the Wii console. The lights on the controller will stop flashing indicating that the controller has properly synced with the Wii console.

  Replace outdated or used batteries with new AA batteries in your Gigaware controller.

  Turn on the PlayStation 3 and insert the controller receiver into the first controller port on the console.

  Turn the power switch to "On" on the Gigaware controller.

  Press the "Connect" button on the controller receiver. The indicator light will begin to blink.

  Press and hold the "Select" and "L3" buttons on the controller for three seconds. The indicator light will stop blinking.

  Press the "PS" button on the controller to assign the controller to a port on your PlayStation 3 and complete the sync.
