How to Use Logitech Dual Analog With Bioshock

BioShock is a horror first-person shooter game released for multiple consoles. A version of the game was also released for personal computers. Developed by Irrational Games, BioShock is set in an alternate history in 1960 within the fictional city of Rapture. Although the game can be played on a PC using the keyboard and mouse, Logitech released a controller compatible with the BioShock game. The controller features dual analog sticks, and all of the same features and specifications of the XBox 360 controller. Prior to using the Logitech controller, install the required software, and configure the device's controls.

  Install the Logitech Gaming Software. The Software includes the Logitech Profiler, which can make specific adjustments to the controller. Insert the provided Gaming Software CD into your personal computer. Accept the Terms and Conditions of the software and click "Next" to begin the software installation. Click "Next" through the remaining series of prompts to progress the setup.

  Connect the Logitech controller to the computer. During software installation, the computer will prompt the user to connect the controller to the PC. Refer to the Logitech controller. Insert the end of the controller's cord into an available USB port on the computer. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation, and then restart the computer.

  Start the BioShock PC game. Insert the BioShock game disk into the computer's disk drive. Allow several minutes for the game to completely load. Refer to the "Settings" section in the Main Menu. Select it using your controller, and navigate to "Controller."

  Map in-game functions to the Logitech controller. Program each individual button on the controller to perform actions in the game. Upon complete programming, press "OK" to save the settings and return to the Main Menu. Using your game controller, highlight the "Start Game" option in the Main Menu. Press one of four programmable primary action buttons on the right side of the controller to start the game.
