What Does Rockband: Band in a Box Include?

Rock Band: Band in a Box is a multi-platform gaming accessory kit sold primarily in the United Kingdom. The kit entered the market in 2007 and is offered in versions compatible with the Nintendo Wii, Playstation 2, Playstation 3 and XBox 360 gaming consoles.

Features
- Rock Band: Band in a Box (Instrument Edition) includes three peripherals for use with RockBand gaming software developed by Harmonix. The guitar controller is black and is modeled after the Fender Stratocaster. In Wii and PS2/3 kits, the included guitar is wireless. The drum kit is a basic four-pad electronic drum set with kick bass pedal and includes two wooden drumsticks. The microphone is an actual microphone but the cord ends in a USB connector. A USB hub is included as well as assembly instructions and warranty information.
Warning
- Rock Band: Band in a Box (Instrument Version) does not include any version of Rock Band gaming software. Rock Band Special Edition does contain the game. Some Xbox 360 &PS3 kits include two headset adapters. No "drum throne" or seat is included in either kit.
Assembly
- The guitar controller requires attachment of the strum bar, head and strap. The drum set legs and base must be snapped onto the drum head kit and the kick pedal positioned properly for play.
