Download the free Joy2Key software from FileFront.com. Install and run the software.
Plug the console controller-to-USB adapter into an open port on your computer. Plug the dual stick controller into the adapter, and press the "Analog" button between the dual sticks.
Click on the "Preferences" tab along the right side of the Joy2Key window, and check the boxes that say "Use axes other than X and Y" and "Use POV switches."
Double-click "AxisX(<0)," and press the "Mouse" tab. Slide the "Cursor Movements" button all the way to the left until it says "-100" underneath it, and click "OK." Double-click "AxisX(>0)." Slide the "Cursor Movements" button all the way to the right until it says "100" underneath it, and click "OK."
Double-click "AxisY(<0)." Slide the button directly to the right of "Cursor Movements" all the way to the top until it says "-100" underneath it, and click "OK." Double-click "AxisY(>0)." Slide the button directly to the right of "Cursor Movements" all the way to the bottom until it says "100" underneath it, and click "OK."
Scroll down to "Button 1," and double-click it. Check the "Left Button box" under "Use button click," and hit "OK." Double-click "Button 2," check the "Right Button" box under "Use button click" and hit "OK." The left stick of your video game controller is now your mouse, and two of the face buttons are left and right click.
