How to Fix a 360 Wired Headset

The Xbox 360 wired headset is an accessory exclusive to gamers with an Xbox Live account. According to Xbox Live Marketplace, Xbox Live is an online gaming community that allows a gamer to play with or against a friend regardless of his location. According to Xbox.com, a wired headset enables a player to chat with another while playing, whether it's developing a strategy with an ally or demoralizing a foe. Adam Fore, a UAH student majoring in computer science, said the two most common problems with headsets consists of either an Xbox malfunction or controller malfunction. Fore said a player should first try turning off his Xbox and restarting it. He said this usually solves the problem.
