How to Install a Games on a PMP Slide Panel

Consumers have a myriad of choices for handheld multimedia devices to listen music, watch videos, take pictures and play games. Some devices offer several of these conveniences in one small unit. Unfortunately, the choices become limited when you want all of these services for less than $50. But the affordable Chinese PMP Slide Panel multimedia device is an inexpensive console that bundles audio, video and gaming into one unit with a slide-up display.It plays GB, GBA, GBC, NES, SMC, SMD, SFC, and SNES game ROM files.

Instructions

      Connect your PMP Slide Panel to your computer using its USB cable.

      Create a folder on your computer called "Games" by right-clicking any where on your desktop and selecting "New" and then "Folder" from the menu options.

      Navigate to your game files, select them and press "Ctrl" and "C." Double-click on "Games" folder and press "Ctrl" and "V" to paste copies of the game files into the "Games" folder. Make sure the files have a GB, GBA, GBC, NES, SMC, SMD, SFC, or SNES suffix or the files won't be compatible with the PMP Slide Panel.

      Right-click on the "Games" folder and select "Copy."

      Click "Start" then "My Computer." Double-click on the PMP Slide Panel icon. Right-click and select "Paste." The "Games" folder will now be pasted onto your PMP Slide Panel.

      Unplug the PMP Slide Panel from your computer. Select the icon that looks like a game controller from the PMP Slide Panel's main menu. Navigate in the game list to the game you want to play and press "OK" to launch the game.
