Every wrestler on the video game "WWF No Mercy" on N64 offer different achievements when mode are completed. One achievement is changing and opening the WWE World Belt. This can only be done with one character. You must play until you beat every wrestler in the designated mode to earn the title belt. With the wrong character you will win the belt, but you will not be able to change the belt or open it.

Select Stone Cold Steve Austin as your wrestler from the list of characters. To open the WWE Belt, you must use him to complete the tasks.

Go to player screen and choose "Play for the WWF World Title."

Complete the WWF World Champtionship Mode. Once you beat all wrestlers, you will be able to open the belt and change its style.
