Preparation
Place the DVD into the disc tray of your computer. Double-click on the Windows Media Player icon on your desktop with the left-hand mouse button.
Click on the "Rip" tab. Locate the DVD in your DVD driver on your computer and drag it into the "Rip" section on the right side of the Windows Media Player. Click the "Begin Rip Process" to rip the DVD file onto your computer
Place your USB flash drive so that the logo is facing up. Press the USB into the USB slot on your computer. You will find the slot on the side of a laptop and on the rear of the tower unit for a computer. Press the USB firmly into the slot so that it is securely connected.
Drag the ripped DVD file into the USB folder. Wait for the file to transfer.
Remove the USB flash drive from your computer
Xbox 360
Plug the USB flash drive into the USB slot of your Xbox 360.
Select "My Xbox" on the dashboard and then select "System Settings."
Choose the "Memory" option and then "USB Device." Search through the files until you locate the DVD file you wish to transfer onto your 360.
Select the file you want and choose "Move" from the file menu.
Choose the device into which you wish to transfer the DVD file. For most people, this will be the "Hard Drive." Wait for the file to successfully transfer onto your hard drive.
PlayStation 3
Plug the USB device into the PlayStation 3.
Press right on the controller until you get to the "Movies" tab.
Press down on the controller and select "USB Device."
Press "Triangle" on your controller and select "Display All."
Highlight the DVD file that you wish to transfer and press "Triangle" again. Choose the "Copy" option. The file will now be transferred onto your hard drive.
