Instructions
Plug the Pelican controller firmly into the controller port on your Xbox console. A loose connection may cause the controller to be unresponsive.
Test the controller port by plugging the controller into different player slots on the front of the Xbox. If your controller responds when plugged into certain ports, the issue may be your Xbox console.
Turn off your Xbox console and unplug the Pelican controller. Plug the controller back into the console and turn the Xbox back on. This reset can help to resolve common connection issues.
Ensure that the controller port and the plug at the end of the Pelican cord are free of debris or other things that may cause issues with the signal.
