How to Use Xbox Drums on a PS2

Using your Xbox 360 drums on your Playstation 2 system is easy to do. Usually, customers would have to purchase a whole new drum set (for Rock Band type games) though with a simple converter, you can save money. The converter works with input and output technology to convert Xbox 360 controllers into Playstation 2 controllers.

  Purchase the converter by searching online. The converter will not be in stores, but you can go to an online website that specializes in video game cables to find your converter.

  Plug in your drums. Your Xbox 360, when you purchase the Rock Band game, comes wired, so simply plug it into the adapter.

  Plug in the adapter. The other side of the adapter is for you to plug it into the Playstation 2 (how you would normally plug in a controller).

  Play your game. You will not need to configure the drums, because the drums for the Playstation 2 Rock Band and Xbox 360 Rock Band have the same layout and basic controls.
