How to Do a Blackmarsh Summoning Circle in Dragon Age: Origins – Awakening

The Blackmarsh summoning circle puzzle in the "Awakening" expansion for "Dragon Age: Origins" can be quite frustrating, consisting as it does of having to activate six stones in the correct order in an environment where it can be hard to orient yourself. To avoid losing track of which stone you should activate next, take advantage of the area's only distinguishing feature and identify stones based on their position relative to each other.

     Start at the lyrium vein and face the stones. Moving counter-clockwise from it, skip the first stone you encounter and activate the second.

     Continue moving counter-clockwise, skip two stones and activate the third.

   • 3

     Move clockwise and activate the first stone you encounter.

   • 4

     Continue moving clockwise, skip two stones and activate first the third and then the fourth stone you encounter.

   • 5

     Activate the last stone.
