How to Beat Pan's Silver Armor in Castlevania: Lords of Shadow

Pan appears several times throughout "Castlevania: Lords of Shadow" to help Gabriel in his quest. His silver armor is the final form that is used by Pan, and the only one that Gabriel must fight. He is referred to in this form as the Silver Warrior, and is the boss of the 10th chapter. The Silver Warrior will begin the fight by depriving you of your magic and has a myriad of close and long range attacks.

Instructions

- 1
  Block heavily during this battle, as the Silver Warrior will rarely use an unblockable attack. Counter attack after blocking to whittle away at his health. For the first section of this fight, you do not have access to your magic, so just block, attack and repeat until the first Quick Time Event begins.

  Complete the first QTE by pressing the indicated button when the cursor is inside the white circle on screen. Once you're finished, the Silver Warrior will return your light magic to you. Be careful not to use this light magic while the Silver Warrior is glowing blue or he will heal.

  Continue chipping away the the Silver Warrior's health, using your light magic to heal on occasion if required, until the second QTE event begins. Complete it to regain your shadow magic.

  Finish the Silver Warrior off either using your standard block/counter strategy or with your now regained magic. If you do use magic, be sure that you are always using the opposite of what the Silver Warrior is using; light magic when he glows red, and shadow magic when he glows blue.

  Collect the trial scroll after defeating the Silver Warrior to learn the details of this floor's trial. In order to complete it, you will have to defeat the Silver Warrior again without allowing him to regain any health.
