Wii: Find the Mii Cheats

Since its debut in 2006, the Nintendo Wii has entertained people of all ages. This console gives gamers the freedom to create custom avatars called "Miis," which can be incorporated into some Wii game titles. In some cases, Miis simply personalize game play. In others, using Miis will give gamers an advantage.

  1. Nintendo DS Connection

    • Miis can be transferred from the Wii console to a DS system. To unlock the secret DS button, open the Mii Channel, press "A" on the Wii remote, then press "B," then press "1" and then hold "2." If done correctly, a message will appear. Miis can now be used in the DS game, Personal Trainer: Walking.

    Shooting Range Points

    • Earn extra points in Wii Play's Shooting Range by using two Wii controllers. Begin by storing the same Mii in two different controllers. Open the Shooting Range game and select the two-player mode. Use the Mii stored on the Wii console for Player 1. For Player 2, use the second remote and select the Mii stored on it. Now, earn extra points by shooting with two remotes.

    Find Mii Tips

    • Gamers are asked to pick out certain Miis from a crowd in Wii Play's Find Mii. Miis stored on the Wii are incorporated into the game. If many recognizable Miis are stored on the Wii, the player will have an easier time spotting the necessary Mii.

    Wii Sports Bowling Strikes

    • Earning a strike in Wii Sports Bowling will be easier if the Mii takes a few steps forward. Once you are in position and ready to release the ball, hold the "B" button for three seconds. Then, when the controller has been swung pass your knee and the Mii has reached the line, release the "B" button. The Mii will move forward and increase your chance for a strike.

    Mario Kart Outfits

    • Mii characters can be unlocked in Mario Kart and used in the online mode, single player mode, versus mode and battle mode. The height and weight selected in the Mii Channel will determine into which weight class the Mii will be placed in Mario Kart. Thus, changing the Mii's weight in the Mii Channel will give gamers access to more vehicles. To race using a Mii, win 100cc Special Cup. To give the Mii a different outfit, finish all 32 time trials.

    Mario and Sonic Costumes

    • Extensively playing Mario and Sonic at the Winter Olympic Games will automatically unlock different Mii costumes. However, some costumes require a special task. To unlock the Armstrong Emblem, earn at least 20 points in each Dream Snowball Fight.
