Cheats for Ninja Warrior for the Wii

"Ninja Warriors" for the Nintendo Wii is a re-release of an old game for the Super Nintendo. Players could play as two different ninjas, fighting to rid the country of an invading army. The plot is very simple but the action can be fast and difficult to manage in later levels. There are many cheats available for this game that help make it much easier.

Area Select
- There are multiple areas of the game that players can explore, such as the city and the jungle. They are explored in a specific order. However, whenever you run out of continues or "credits," the game starts over and you have to fight through all the levels again. There is a simple way, though, to select any area you want to play. At the title screen, hold the X and Y buttons. While you are holding these buttons press A, A, A, A, B, B, B, B, A, B, A, B, A, B, A and B. These buttons are the Super Nintendo buttons you must press, so make sure you map the buttons to your Wii controller in a way that's easy to remember. Once you finish, you are taken to an area select screen. You can also select any stage in the area you like by pressing the same code at the area select screen.
Sound Test
- Video games often have memorable music and sound effects. Some games let players listen to these sounds using what is called the sound test. However, some either don't come with a sound test or hide it, and that's the case with Ninja Warriors. There is an easy way to open the sound test in this game. At the title screen, simply hold the L and R button and then press Start. This will take you to the sound test screen. Another way to get the sound test is to press and hold the Select button as the game starts. This will take you to an option menu. Keep holding Select and then press and hold the Start button. You will be taken to the sound test menu right away. Press the Exit button the menu at any time to leave and start playing the game.
Extra Continues
- Running out of continues, or credits, during the game can be frustrating, as you lose all your points and must start over. The area and stage select screens don't let you regain your points. However, there is a cheat for Ninja Warriors that is specific to the Wii version of this game that can help you earn more credits. Start by holding the I button on the control and press Up, Right, Down, Left on the title screen. After you have entered this code, release the I button. Then press Up, Right, Down and Left on the controller. You will start the game with over 10 continues, which can help you get through the game much easier.
