How to Unlock the Wii Fit

The Nintendo Wii Fit game is an interactive fitness game, where players can physically get a workout by completing smaller games and tasks that involves physical activity, such as dancing, jogging and balance training. The Wii Fit has become popular because of the interaction and physical movement required by the players. There are many different games and activities to choose from, and as they are completed, players can unlock additional levels, gain more workout points and increase the levels of difficulty.

      Unlock the Tightrope Advance by completing normal Tightrope activity. To unlock the Super Advanced Tightrope, complete the Advanced Tightrope.

      Unlock Step Plus Aerobics by playing Aerobics successfully two to four times. Continue to play Step Plus Aerobics two to four times to unlock Free Step.

      Acquire 1:40 fitness credits to unlock the Rhythm Boxing activity. Fitness credits are obtained by completing fitness activities.

      Play regular Hula Hoop once to unlock Super Hula Hoop.

      Unlock Snowboarding Slalom by playing a total of two hours of gaming time.

      Unlock stamps by completing the body tests. To unlock the OK stamp, complete two body tests. To unlock the Star stamp, complete five body tests. Unlock the Heart stamp by completing seven body tests. Unlock the Flower stamp by attending 10 body tests and the Smiley Face Stamp by completing 14 body tests. The Clover stamp is unlocked at 22 body tests and the Mii stamp is unlocked when 30 body tests are completed.

      Accumulate at least 10 hours of overall training to unlock the Bronze Fit Piggy. The Fit Piggy serves as a trophy of the hard work. To unlock the Silver Fit Piggy, accumulate 20 hours of training. To reach the Gold Fit Piggy, accumulate at least 40 hours of training.

      Unlock the Free Jogging option by jogging the Island Lap two to three times. To unlock more jogging routes, job the longest and hardest route two to four times and more options will become unlocked. To unlock a Free Run route, complete the Basic Run at least six times.

      Unlock alternate jogging routes by entering the Jogging Mini-Game as normal and start jogging. Once a dog overtakes the jogger, run past the running guide, so the message, “Oh! You’ve passed your guide!” appears on the screen. Then the message, “Now follow the dog” appears on the screen. The dog will appear on the Short Course near a house and near the start on the Long Course and Island Lap. Follow the yellow dog until a black dog appears, which indicates a new alternate course. Follow the black dog until a white dog appears, indicating an alternate route.

      Unlock other alternate jogging routes by following the Mii guide until a brown dog appears near the bridge on the jogging course. Follow the brown dog for a third alternative course. If the jogger follows this brown dog, an additional brown dog will appear. This indicates another alternate jogging route.

      Unlock the Mountain Jump in the Island distance running by running the Island Lap. Follow the light-colored dog past the trainer so the “Follow the dog” message appears on the screen. Follow the dog up the mountain and cross a huge wooden bridge. Jump off the mountain. This is a fun activity for those who may need a break from the running course.
