How to Unlock the Cheat Input Option in Sonic Unleashed for the Wii

Sonic Unleashed is a November 2008 release of Sega's popular franchise with its most iconic character, Sonic the Hedgehog. In Sonic Unleashed, many of Sonic's classic characteristics are still present including his high speed, long-jumping and ring-collecting. But now Sonic can also change into "Were-Sonic," a werewolf-like beast with new powers. But being a werewolf isn't the only trick up his sleeve--cheats are also available.

Things You'll Need

Nintendo Wii or Gamecube controller
Access to the PINGAS Search Mission

Instructions

  Make sure enough of the game has been beaten so that the PINGAS search mission is available. After accessing the mission, accept it and complete it.

  After completing PINGAS search, return to the main menu. Enter Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B and A in succession on your controller. The menu for cheat inputs should appear.
- 3
  Enter any level after entering specific cheat codes to activate and test them. Unlock more cheats by collecting items and achieving higher game rankings.
