First Safe
There is no numerical order that you need to complete the safes in, but some safes do require pieces of codes or keys that you will obtain as you crack each safe. To get into the hall you will need the code that will come out of the first safe you have access to, the marble safe. To solve this puzzle you must match the marbles with the corresponding color buttons. Using the guide B= blue, G= green, R=red , R=right and L= left, solve the puzzle by pressing the buttons in this order: BR twice, RL once, GR twice, BR once, GL twice, BL once, GR twice, BL once, RL four times, BR twice, RL three times. This will line all the colors with the correct buttons and the gray marbles in the middle and will open the safe. The code you will receive opens the hall door.
Monetary Symbols Window
Your goal is to write each symbol so that it only appears once in each row and column. E=euro, L=pound, S=dollars, and Y=yen. After a little trial and error you will end up with this:
E Y L S
L S E Y
S L Y E
Y E S L
Main Sitting Room
When you cracked the museum safe you got a curious little message, "L=E." When you get to the sitting room you will see why. This is a cryptographic puzzle, and that message was the key. On the left wall is a safe with a dial that has letters. Turn the dial so the L on the inner dial lines up with the E on the outer ring. Now you can decode the cipher from this: ZPE MVBY VUL ADV to this: SIX FOUR ONE TWO. That combination opens the safe.
