How to Unlock the Mario Theme Song in Wii Music

"Wii Music" is an interactive game for the Nintendo Wii. Players use the Wii Remote, Nunchuk and Wii Balance Board to simulate playing a variety of musical instruments, including the piano, violin, drum, clarinet and trumpet. Up to six Miis can be controlled at once as a band. The game also features minigames in which players test their skills at conducting, matching notes and distinguishing sounds from one another. By completing the minigames, players can unlock a variety of well-known songs, including the "Super Mario Bros." theme.

Instructions

  Choose the Pitch Perfect minigame. Listen to the pitch played by the speaker and correctly choose the matching pitch from the list of choices.

  Listen to the Miis and select the ones that play the same pitch. Listen to the next round of Miis and select the one that plays the highest or lowest pitch.

  Pick the musical phrase that best corresponds to the mood described on the screen. For example, a phrase comprised of a brisk tempo, ascending pitches and crescendos would correspond to a joyous mood.

  Pick the Miis that together form the harmony played by the speaker. Arrange the Miis along the platform in order of ascending pitch.

  Arrange the Miis as notes on the score to replicate the song played by the speaker. Repeat Steps 1-4 for Stages 2, 3, and 4 of Pitch Perfect to unlock the "Super Mario Bros. Theme."
