How to Land Fish in the Rapala Tournament Fishing Game

"Rapala Tournament Fishing" is a fishing simulation game available on the Nintendo Wii home gaming console. Using the motion-sensing capabilities of the Wiimote and nunchuk attachment, "Rapala Tournament Fishing" is able to replicate many fishing motions into their game mechanics, with realistic casting, setting and reeling methods. While the new design takes time to adjust to for gamers used to button-based fishing simulations, with practice you can begin landing trophy fish.

Instructions

  Increase or decrease the drag on the line with the vertical buttons on the directional pad.

  Turn your fisherman inside the boat with the horizontal buttons on the directional pad.

  Hold the "A" button down and pull the wiimote back, just as you would if casting a real fishing line.

  Flick the wiimote forward and release the "A" button to cast out your line.

  Flick the wiimote to jerk the line in the water and attract the attention of the fish.

  Pull on the remote quickly when you feel a vibration, indicating a bite, to set the line.
- 7
  Move the nunchuk attachment in a circular motion to reel in the line once you have caught a fish.
