How to Fix the Grandfather Clock in MySims Agents

The "MySims" series, made by Maxis (which also makes "the Sims" and "Spore") follows a number of blocky and customizable characters on a whole slew of adventures. In "MySims Agents," the heroes and recruits of a top-secret agency take part in a series of missions to save the world, and also to build things in the process. One of the missions calls on you to rebuild a mansion owner's grandfather clock, using wires and gears.

Instructions

  Connect the motor to the solar power cell on the right-hand side. Connect an elbow piece to the end of the left-most wire, with the end pointing downward. Attach a long wire between this and the lowest piece of wire. Join the lower wire to the main wire using a vertical long wire, an elbow and a horizontal long wire. The motor should start spinning.

  Attach a small gear beneath the moving gear on the motor. Make sure it connects to the first and starts spinning.

  Join the small gear and the nearest large gear with a small belt. This gear should start moving.

  Place a small gear between the two large gears on the upper half of the screen. The other gear should start moving in the same direction as the first.

  Place a small gear next to the large gear on the bottom half of the screen. Join this small gear to the one you just placed using a medium belt.

  Put a small gear underneath the lower large gear. Join it to the lower red gear with a medium belt.

  Join the upper and lower red gears to the nearby large gears using the small gear belts. When you complete this and back out of the puzzle, the game will show the nearby fireplace spin and reveal a hidden room.
